RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer a full refund, provided that the items you are returning are received by us in the same condition as they were sent. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.

You must send any items back within 30 days from the date your parcel arrived to your delivery address. Please send your returned items to:

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO US

Package the item carefully, enclosing a copy of the despatch note enclosed with your order. Send your parcel back to our returns address listed above. 

For returns in Europe or outside EU countries, remember to label your parcel with the description "Returned unwanted GB merchandise" to avoid paying import duties. We cannot accept parcels charged by Customs Duty or Import VAT, and consequently, those items will be sent back to you.

If you receive an item as a gift you can still return it, providing you meet the requirements above.

We recommend you return items via a recorded delivery service, as Hall & Adams cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

AWAITING A REFUND?

If you are waiting for a refund, please allow 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
